Week 9 - Supply Chain Risk and Resilience

The increasing size and complexity of supply chains make them subject to a diverse type of disturbances. For this reason, supply chains must be designed to cope with unexpected risks.

In this session, we study the types of disruptions that a supply chain may encounter and introduce the concept of resilience, as well as introducing the risk management framework and the process of quantitative risk analysis, with particular focus to Bayes' theorem.
