CIVE70111 – Machine Learning
MSc Engineering & Data Science Cluster (PG), Autumn Term (2024 - Present)
This module offers a comprehensive overview of fundamental machine learning concepts and their application to civil engineering applications.
It covers the three principal subfields of modern machine learning, i.e. supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning methods. It also teaches students how to implement ML models using Python and specialised tools such as scikit-learn and PyTorch.
CIVE70108 – Freight Transport
MSc Transport Cluster (PG), Spring Term (2020 - Present)
Offers an overview of freight transport operations and the underpinning mathematical modelling techniques that are used to manage supply chains and design efficient freight distribution strategies.
The module has a clear focus on analytical methods, decision models and optimisation tools to facilitate the safe, cost-efficient, and timely distribution of goods within cities, countries and across borders.
CIVE60008 - Transport Systems
MEng Civil & Environmental Engineering (UG), Autumn Term (2012 - Present)
Climate Learning Programme
Imperial College Business School x CMA CGM - TANGRAM
This bespoke Executive Education programme was offered to CMA CGM employees at the TANGRAM facility in Marseille. Over 1000 attendees attended the programme over 18 cohorts.
