This module offers a comprehensive overview of fundamental machine learning concepts and their application to civil engineering applications.
It covers the three principal subfields of modern machine learning, ie. supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning methids. It also teaches students how to implement ML models using Python and specialised tools such as scikit-learn and PyTorch.

The module has a clear focus on analytical methods, decision models and optimisation tools to facilitate the safe, cost-efficient, and timely distribution of goods within cities, countries and across borders.

Climate Learning Programme
Imperial College Business School x CMA CGM - TANGRAM (2024 - Present)

This bespoke Executive Education programme has been offered to CMA CGM employees at the TANGRAM facility in Marseille. Over 1000 attendees have attended the programme to-date over multiple cohorts.
We led the delivery of the Sustainable Shipping segment, offering an overview of the policy landscapes, technological initiatives to support decarbonisation. A deep dive is offered on operational measures that reduce emissions and improve operational efficiency.
