Shuo (Tom) He

Biography

Tom has been a PhD student at the Transport Systems and Logistics Laboratory (TSL) since October 2024, conducting his doctoral research under the co-supervision of Prof Panagiotis Angeloudis, Dr Jose Escribano-Macias. His research primarily focuses on developing more efficient algorithms to enhance collaboration and optimize task assignment among various types of vehicles in the context of urban logistics.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Beihang University, China. He further advanced his education by earning a Master of Science in Big Data Technology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong SAR, China. Following the completion of his studies, Tom gained practical experience through an internship in data fusion at a vehicle manufacturing company.
